LEVEL 07 / 07
Academy Fellow

Each level opens up new opportunities for professional growth.
What this level offers
- The gate: Expert for three years + 6 certificates of achievement in 3 disciplines + a completed path + a contribution portfolio (3 of 5 criteria) + a case study + two references + a panel interview.
- 25% off, the FIACA post-nominal, a seat on assessment committees and a teaching honorarium.
- Limited intake each year (at most 3 Fellows, and 10% of Experts) — renewed yearly.

A published article under your name
From the Professional level: articles, case studies, videos and exam items are reviewed, published and earn points and CPD (up to 40% of any level threshold).
Points are tied to genuine training effort: 10 points per accredited hour (= 1 CPD unit); a certificate of achievement adds 50% of the hours value; badges are recognition without points; engagement points (surveys, feedback, streaks) never exceed 150 a year. The two top levels (Expert and Fellow) are granted by an independent exam, evidence and a committee — never by points alone.
